2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BlocksArena, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Service

BlocksArena is a visual block-based coding platform where students learn programming by creating games, animations, and interactive projects. Features include:

• Block-based coding workspace
• Levels and challenges (Forges)
• Quest Builder for educators
• Project sharing and collaboration
• Live classroom sessions

4. User Accounts

• Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BlocksArena, you agree not to:

• Create or share projects containing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the platform
• Disrupt or overload the platform infrastructure
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any illegal activity

6. Intellectual Property

• The BlocksArena platform, design, and built-in content are the property of Terminal43 SRL.
• Projects you create belong to you. By sharing a project publicly, you grant other users permission to view and remix it.
• Educator-created Quests remain the property of their creators.

7. Educator and Classroom Features

Educators using BlocksArena for classroom instruction are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from students (or their parents/guardians) before enrolling them in live sessions or classroom activities.

8. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

BlocksArena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal43 SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of BlocksArena.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@terminal43.ro.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
